Facilities at Staplefield Village Hall


We have two halls available for hire:
The recently refurbished main hall has a capacity of about 100 people, with furniture as required and a fully equiped kitchen available to hire as an add-on. This hall is suitable for a  wide range of leisure and community activities.
There is also a small committee or meeting room on the first floor which can seat up to 8 people around a boardroom table.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme depending on length of hire and add-on facilities required. Staplefield residents receive a discounted rate.
To request a booking, please follow the Request Booking link. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email. Alternatively you can can call us to discuss any special requirements. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Main Hall

Capacity: 100 people
Pricing: £15.00-£17.00 per hour

The main hall can be configured in a variety of ways using the foldaway tables and chairs we provide. The hall has a food and drink serving hatch off a separate kitchen area.

Equipment & services

Professional clean after function.
Use of all tables and chairs laid out as per customer requirements. Otherwise customer is responsible for setting up AND tidying away
fully equipped kitchen with; Oven Dishwasher Sink Crockery Glassware
Access to tables and chairs from the storeroom. To be laid out by the customer

Committee Room

Capacity: 10 people
Pricing: £5.00-£7.00 per hour

A first floor meeting room with boardroom style table and chairs.

Kitchen

Capacity: 100 people

Airy kitchen space.  Professional-standard gas cooker, plentiful crockery and cutlery and glassware.
